Off the grill come bife de chorizo (strip steak), entraña (skirt steak), vacío (flank), churrasco, rib eye and picanha. For the table, the mixed grill for two (parrillada): chorizo, chistorra, chicken, arrachera, ribs and vacío, with corn, cheese-stuffed pepper and vegetables.
